SYNCHRONOUS EDITING OF DOCUMENTS: Editing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with multiple users is just about the easiest thing you can do with Google Drive. After sharing a Google file, up to 50 editors can be within a document at any given time...all editing simultaneously. Watch the video to see this feature in action. ASYNCHRONOUS EDITING OF DOCUMENTS: It's not always conducive to be editing at the same time, so there is the option to edit at different times. As mentioned in the Creating Documents Online section, the revision history will come in handy when looking for recently made edits. |
